Field Coordinator / Messenger is responsible for coordinating field activities, delivering and collecting important documents, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires frequent travel to client sites and government agencies while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect company documents from clients, government agencies, and partner offices.
• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, employee concerns, and operational needs.
• Conduct field visits to client sites as required.
• Process and submit government-related documents and permits.
• Assist in employee deployment, onboarding, and document processing.
• Prepare and submit daily field activity reports.
• Ensure all documents are handled accurately and confidentially.
• Perform other administrative and field-related tasks assigned by management.
