Job Description
Description
- Schedules and conducts maintenance meetings regarding matters/concerns of the department.
- Check facilities and premises on a regular basis.
- Informs the Manager on progress or status of projects and work activities of the general services team.
- Prepares and furnishes the department with reports, analysis and other documentary requirements.
- Performs activities and procedures related to preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Handles and coordinates all maintenance requirements of the company.
- Coordinates all repair requests activities related to facilities, machine and equipment maintenance.
- Handles electrical requirements and performs electrical works for the company.
- Monitors and coordinates the job assignments of the maintenance technicians.
- Prepares report related to machine and equipment maintenance.
- Controls and manage uses of electrical supplies.
Requirement
- Must be college level or any Vocational course
- Must have strong leadership qualities and communication skills
- At least 1 year Experience
- Has extensive exposure in actual maintenance work of the building repairs, fixtures and furniture fabrication
