Educational & Professional Requirements
- Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Technical & Industry Experience
Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly:
- Chillers
- HVAC Systems
- Cooling Towers
- Generator Sets (GenSets)
- Boilers
- Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems
Exposure to the following property types is highly preferred:
- Commercial Buildings
- Office Buildings
- Shopping Malls
- Hotels
- Corporate Tower
- Other Commercial Properties
Employment Arrangement
- 2-year fixed-term employment, with potential for regularization based on performance and business requirements.
- Reports directly to the Operations Lead under the Commercial Properties Group.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with strong experience in commercial building operations and maintenance, particularly in the management of HVAC.
