- Perform facial treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide clients with the best service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively assess skin types and recommend treatments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about skincare.
