Qualifications:

• With proven experience as a Project In-Charge (PIC) for Glass & Aluminum Works
• Knowledgeable in glass and aluminum installation and project supervision
• Can manage workers, materials, timelines, and site coordination
• Responsible, organized, and can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily glass and aluminum installation activities on-site
• Ensure that all works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage and monitor workers, subcontractors, and installers on-site
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other site personnel regarding project requirements
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy of dimensions before fabrication and installation
• Coordinate with the office and suppliers regarding material orders, deliveries, and schedules
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of glass and aluminum materials
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and installation concerns promptly
• Monitor project timelines and ensure activities are completed within the agreed schedule
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress updates and site reports
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper finishing of completed works
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company policies
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the management
