Description

The Project Coordinator is part of the Engineering Team who is responsible for the project management and organization, implementation and completion of all Seapac Philippine Inc Projects.

Reporting

You will report to a Project Manager who will be your team leader and responsible for projects assigned to your team. In case there is no Project Manager, you will be directly reporting to SPM.

Duties and Tasks Procedure

• Typically, you will be assigned small to medium projects or as an assistant on one or more of our major projects.
• Maintain a mutually respectable relationship with our client’s personnel to ensure harmonious and ongoing relations between our companies.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Project Management. This job requires a thorough knowledge project management procedure, programming and scheduling.
• Design; Knowledge of design techniques, practical application of engineering, science and technology.This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design, production of various goods and services associated with the aluminium window industry.
• Engineering. This job requires you to be able to calculate basic moments of inertia, glass bite and glass thickness to enable the drawings to be completed accurately and to be able to know what sections can or cannot be used for any given location.
• Administration and Management. Knowledge of business and management principles involving strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, modeling, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
• English Language. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English Language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, tense, person and grammar.
• Customer and Personal Service. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Mathematics. Knowledge of arithmetic, statistics and their applications.
• Administration and Management. Leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources.
• AutoCAD. A limited knowledge of AutoCAD to enable you to draft simple sketches to assist in the transfer of information.

Job Requirements

-Must be a Civil Engineering graduate

-With experience in the construction industry

-Experience in FACADE is an advantage, but not required
