Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will take on a strategic role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing and sales who is ready to contribute to high-level business initiatives. You will be involved in driving marketing campaigns, supporting sales strategies, managing key relationships, and assisting in overall business development activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand visibility and drive revenue. Oversee campaigns, coordinate content strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Sales Support & Business Development: Manage sales initiatives, help generate leads, and support in closing new business opportunities. Track sales performance metrics and provide insights for strategy optimization.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the expected outcomes. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and support the development of strategic partnerships.
  • Communication & Reporting: Create detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide clear insights on marketing and sales performance. Facilitate effective communication across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination & Follow-ups: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle follow-ups to ensure all key action items are addressed.

Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role with strong organizational and administrative support skills.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, project management software, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Time Zone: Ability to work within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in executive-level support roles, preferably in a sales-driven or marketing-centric organization.
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of helping scale business growth.
