Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level:2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
