Job Description
- Provides administrative and logistical support to the head and staff of the Office of the President for the implementation of the plans, programs and projects being undertaken.
- Strong time management and calendar management abilities
- High respect for confidentiality, professionalism, and trust
- Clear, confident communicator who can interact with executives, management and stakeholders
- Business-smart and street-smart — able to think critically, adapt quickly, and handle real-world situations
- Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, calendars, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Flexible, discreet, and calm under pressure
