Executive Assistant

We are seeking a versatile Executive Assistant to support the Chairman and Operations Head in managing daily administration and operational compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage calendars, travel, and professional "front-of-house" reception.
Meetings: Create presentations and handle all logistics (venue, catering, tech).
Operations Tracking: Monitor Lab status, LHIO, LOIs, and Certifications; audit departmental reports.
Event Planning: Lead the coordination of company outings and corporate events.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of any 4-year college degree.
Experience: Proven background in executive support or office operations.
Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint/Excel; exceptional organization and discretion.
