Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related), Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Technical Assistant, or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in packaging (corrugated/offset printing)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications / Advantage:

Background or exposure in Accounting (financial reports, cost analysis, budgeting)

Knowledge or experience in Legal/Compliance matters (contracts, documentation, regulatory requirements)

Experience in Sales or Customer Coordination (client communication, quotations, order tracking)

Experience working with senior executives and/or foreign stakeholders
