JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work hand-in-hand with top leadership, translating complex financial data into major business decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner closely with the COO to support corporate financial discipline and strengthen performance reporting.
• Analyze complex financial statements and turn raw data into actionable, strategic insights for executive review.
• Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements and systems alignment across various departments.
• Monitor basic taxation requirements and regulatory compliance to safeguard business health.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. (An MBA graduate is highly preferred but not required.)
• At least 6 to 10 years of robust experience in accounting and/or corporate finance.
• Core Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial statements, basic taxation, and local regulatory compliance.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) and standard accounting/reporting software.
• Exceptionally structured, hyper-detailed, and resilient under tight deadlines

Location: Pasig City (ONSITE AT THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE)

Schedule: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Must be willing to work extended hours when critical operational deadlines arise)
