Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces
Conceptualize and execute fairs , special events and activities to add value to assigned property
Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled.
Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
Monitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
Monitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
Prepare post promo / post mortem for all activities handled for filing
Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelines
Monitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
Prepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to events
Create and build suppliers database / Create bids for required suppliers and services
