As an M&E coordinator, you will manage meetings and events with end-to-end coordination, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with objectives. Handle all logistical arrangements and maintain accurate event documentation to support smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and execution of meetings, ranging from small-scale gatherings (under 50 participants) to complex conferences and congresses (50+ participants)
• Source and secure appropriate venues, manage registration processes, and oversee catering and audio-visual requirements.
• Negotiate with third-party agencies and suppliers to secure the best pricing and service quality.
• Apply SMM expertise to manage high-profile events while ensuring alignment with client strategic goals.
• Manage event budgets comprehensively, track spending, and maximize value through efficient planning and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain accurate event files, contracts, and regulatory documentation to ensure all events meet industry and client standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field (preferably HRM or Tourism).
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination, particularly with small-scale meetings or events.
• Basic understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue sourcing.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and vendor interaction.
• Adaptability to handle changing event requirements and support team objectives.
• Attention to detail in managing event documentation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
