- Coordinate and oversee hotel events, functions, meetings, and banquet activities from inquiry to completion.
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and function sheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Banquet, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
- Monitor event setup, operations, and breakdown to ensure quality service.
- Handle client concerns and provide prompt solutions during events.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and event details.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through client relationship management and business development.
- Ensure all events comply with hotel policies, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
