Key Responsibilities

· Oversee equipment lifecycle (kitchen appliances, HVAC, POS systems) and plan for replacements/upgrades.

· Maintain and update inventory database/asset tagging

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules across all stores, offices, and warehouses nationwide.

· Manage contracts with service providers for repairs, cleaning, and equipment supply.

· Ensure facilities comply with DOLE, LGU, and fire safety regulations.

· Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for maintenance and facility upgrades.

· Lead response to urgent breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

· Collaborate with New Store Development on site readiness and facility standards.

· Supervise regional facilities supervisors and technicians, ensuring consistent execution.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in facilities or maintenance management, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial role. QSR, retail, or FMCG experience preferred.

· Facilities Management: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities or maintenance management is required.

· Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of proven managerial experience overseeing facilities teams or operations is essential.

· Certifications: Safety Officer , HVAC, or electrical certification is an advantage
