As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting the HR department in its daily operations.
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management and employee relations
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
