Description
- Install and maintain electrical systems in substations and powerlines.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform panel and cable terminations according to industry standards.
- Rectify installation issues and modify or replace faulty wiring.
- Support retrofit projects and assist in optimizing equipment energy efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and installation
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in substation operations, powerlines maintenance, and handling various electrical equipment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of installing cable trays and performing modifications as necessary
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Able to work in outdoor environments and at heights
