Position: E-Bike Service Technician (Battery Specialist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented technician who specializes in battery systems and electrical components of electric bicycles. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable performance of e-bikes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs (brakes, gears, tires, suspension)
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (motors, controllers, wiring, sensors)
• Handle battery installation, diagnostics, replacement, and safe disposal
• Conduct battery health checks and troubleshoot charging issues
• Maintain service records and ensure safety compliance
• Provide customer guidance on proper e-bike use and battery care
• Stay updated on new e-bike technologies and battery best practices

Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or related field
• Experience in bicycle repair (e-bike experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and safety handling
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred:

• Certification in e-bike maintenance or battery technology
• Experience using diagnostic tools/software
• Knowledge in battery recycling and sustainable practices
