Basic Function:
Directly coordinate with Construction to ensure effective Turnover of MEPF System by conducting a thorough equipment and systems Testing and Commissioning. Gather all learnings on all projects and document through MEPF design standard and improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage MEPFS testing and commissioning, pre-operation and turnover of mall, offices, residential and estate development.
- Validate operations and maintenance standards through facilities audit.
- Review of project design and construction to ensure plant operability and operating personnel safety.
- Facilitate budgetary cost estimate and project implementation.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate; must be licensed.
- With 4 years experience in T&C/ Technical Services.
- With Project experience.
