Description

  • Offer guidance on the installation, configuration, and operations of inverters
  • Conducting site visits/client visits
  • Diagnose technical issues related to inverters by analyzing error codes, reviewing documentation, and conducting remote troubleshooting sessions
  • Create and update technical documentation to assist the customers and internal teams in resolving issues independently

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • With experience in at least one (1) year to three (3) years experience in the Solar Industry
  • Open for travel and possible relocation
