About the role

The role is responsible for Candy Corner's online business — our website plus our marketplace stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and similar) and our social channels. We're looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Officer to grow our online sales and keep the whole online experience engaging: content and campaigns, marketplace ads, fresh promotions, sharp shop pages, and smooth order fulfillment.

This is a wide role — and you won't do it alone. You'll have a graphic artist and the online fulfillment team (customer service and order management) as your arms and legs, and a manager to learn from. You should already know your way around selling on e-commerce marketplaces — but the ads, analytics, and team leadership we're glad to teach. Online selling changes fast, so we care most about someone hardworking, organized, and quick to learn who's ready to grow into an e-commerce leader.

What you'll do

• Grow online sales — help drive CC.PH's monthly sales across the website and marketplaces, and keep the online store engaging and fresh.

• Marketplace campaigns & ads — join all relevant marketplace campaigns (mega sales like 9.9 / 10.10 / 11.11, payday and brand campaigns), run and track in-app search and product ads for strong ROAS, and keep the advertising calendar on schedule.

• Promotions & discount schemes — come up with new promotions and discount schemes that keep shoppers coming back, and run the promo calendar and CRM campaigns to grow repeat customers.

• Content & social — plan content with your graphic artist and our social agency, grow TikTok and social engagement, and hit weekly reach goals.

• Shop pages & website — keep listings, graphics, and shop pages updated, accurate, and on-theme so more visitors become buyers, and help improve conversion and omnichannel experience.

• Oversee online fulfillment — monitor the online fulfillment team's performance (customer service and order management), watch the fulfillment numbers, flag problems early, and escalate to the Account Manager when intervention is needed.

• Lead your support team — direct the graphic artist's output and coordinate with the fulfillment team so campaigns, listings, and orders all run smoothly.

• Reporting — track the weekly numbers (reach, engagement, clicks, ROAS, sales, fulfillment health) and flag early what's working and what isn't.

What success looks like

• A real, growing contribution to CC.PH's monthly online sales

• Marketplace ad ROAS of 5 or better, and active participation in every relevant marketplace campaign

• Fresh promotions and discount schemes running regularly to keep the store engaging

• Weekly social reach of ~1M with steadily growing engagement

• Shop pages and listings kept current, accurate, and converting

• Fulfillment kept healthy — ship-on-time, cancellation, and lead-time targets monitored, with issues flagged and escalated on time

• Returning-customer rate climbing month over month

Exact targets are set with your manager once you're up to speed — nobody expects you to hit all of these on day one.

Who we're looking for

One hard requirement:

• Hands-on exposure to e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is required — ideally as a seller or store operator, not just a shopper. Direct experience running or growing a marketplace store is strongly preferred.

Beyond that, attitude and hustle matter most. These count for more than a long CV:

• Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn — the single most important thing to us; the tools can be taught.

• Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle campaigns, promos, listings, and deadlines across several fronts without dropping anything.

• Able to coordinate people — comfortable directing a graphic artist and keeping a fulfillment team on track (we'll help you grow as a leader).

• Comfortable and curious online — you use social media, shop online, and pick up new apps, marketplaces, and tools quickly.

• Willing to work with numbers — open to learning to read simple dashboards, ad reports, and fulfillment metrics.

• A clear communicator — you raise issues and escalate early rather than letting them pile up.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Basic design sense, or experience running a social account (even your own)

• Any experience with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, promotions, or a marketing/business course

• Any experience coordinating people or projects
