We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to help grow and manage our online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in

handling day-to-day e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and

digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Execute online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock availability across platforms.
• Handle customer concerns, order issues, and marketplace-related inquiries.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve sales.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and online market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
