Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce portals or digital marketing.
• Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms like as well as regional marketplaces.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable website improvements.
• Marketing Expertise: Understanding of digital advertising, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce websites and marketplace channels (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or TikTok Shop).
• Product & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate product catalogs by writing compelling descriptions, uploading visuals, and ensuring pricing and stock availability are up to date.
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Execute and manage SEO strategies, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads, and email campaigns to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Track site performance, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, and use tools like Google Analytics to find areas for optimization.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless purchase, checkout, and post-purchase experience by resolving technical issues and coordinating with logistics or fulfillment partners
