Description
- Oversee daily operations, update product listings, and ensure the site runs smoothly.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and meet revenue goals.
- Enhance the online shopping experience and address customer feedback.
- Track performance, review sales data, and create reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or similar roles.
- Experience with eCommerce platform (website, online stores)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in online selling (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
