We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Unit Head to oversee the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations for our e-commerce business. E-Commerce Business Unit Head will be responsible for managing first mile (international/domestic) shipping solutions, customs clearance, warehouse operations, last mile delivery, and customer services to ensure efficient and seamless movement of goods from bulk to individual parcels. This role will involve managing both B2B and B2C supply chain processes, optimizing logistics networks, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in developing the company’s e-commerce supply chain services solutions in the Philippines, working and liaising with colleagues in other markets and company divisions
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the business unit
• Discover, create and maintain an opportunity sales funnel of prospective clients
• Negotiate offers and sales terms to a successful conclusion for the company
• Develop, formulate, monitor, and approve all commercial offers
• Be able to assist in negotiating, evaluating, and approving tenders from sub-suppliers
• Manage and develop a sales team
• Create and offer client success solutions and offer ongoing process improvements
• Have a clear focus on profitability in combination with volume and business growth
• Establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners
• To closely monitor achievement targets as set by the organization
• Issue monthly sales reports and forecasts to the company Director in Vietnam
• Implement new sales strategies and measure/monitor the success of such
• Develop customer relations
• Participate in events and exhibitions to present and promote the company

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in the contract logistics sales field
• Strong understanding of potential e-commerce supply chain customers in the Philippines.
• Must be a natural networker with a high ability to communicate and understand customer pain points and create compelling solutions to meet client needs.
• Must understand contract logistics, fulfillment, and modern material handling techniques and be able to work with colleagues to develop and troubleshoot services
• Must understand material handling computer systems (Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, etc)
• Finding and presenting service solutions
• Developing a first-class team
• Strong entrepreneurial with analytical thinking and high integrity, target oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
