Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce accounts (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports based on platform data.
Identify product trends, consumer behavior, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and pricing strategies for each product.
Provide recommendations for product placement strategies, discounts, and bundling to enhance sales.
Ensure that product content (titles, descriptions, photos) is optimized and aligned with platform algorithms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and evaluate campaigns.
Manage participation in internal e-commerce campaigns such as flash sales, brand days, and payday promotions.
Analyze the ROI of each campaign and make recommendations for improvements.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain teams, and e-commerce representatives (KAM / PIC from the marketplace).
Assist in managing daily communication with the platform regarding promotions, penalties, or technical issues.

Conduct benchmarking of competitor pricing, promotions, and content strategies to maintain competitiveness.
