Job Description :

This position is responsible to meet targets on Application Download,

Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) membership and customer acquisition and retention.

1. CRM Campaign Execution (End-to-End)

• Proven experience managing CRM campaigns from planning to deployment and reporting.
• Hands-on execution of App Push and EDM campaigns, including scheduling, QA, and performance tracking

2. Copywriting (Customer-Facing)

• Strong copywriting skills for digital channels
• Ability to write concise, high-performing copy for App Push and EDM (subject lines, preview text, body copy)

3. Creative & Layout Execution

• Working knowledge of EDM layout and design principles (hierarchy, readability, CTA placement)
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for basic asset creation and editing.
• Ability to collaborate with designers or independently adjust layouts when needed.

4. Campaign Coordination & Agency Management

• Experience working with external agencies for campaign execution (especially EDM production).
• Capable of briefing, reviewing outputs, ensuring timeline adherence, and maintaining quality control.
