Job Description
- Operate and drive heavy dump trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to traffic laws while transporting loads.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and dispatchers to coordinate deliveries.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience
- Skills and Competencies: Valid professional driver's license and clean driving record
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions, often on construction sites
