Dump Truck Operation

• Operate dumptrucks (6-wheeler, 10-wheeler, or articulated trucks) to transport materials to and from construction and microtunneling sites.
• Perform loading and unloading of materials following proper weight distribution and safety guidelines.
• Maneuver vehicle safely within tight excavations, busy job sites, access roads, and confined environments.
• Ensure proper dumping procedures, including positioning, stability, and ground assessment

Support for Microtunneling & Site Operations

• Haul excavated spoil from jacking pits and receiving pits to designated disposal areas.
• Assist in transporting pipes, MTBM components, and construction materials when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with site engineers, foremen, riggers, and equipment operators for coordinated material movement.

Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tires, brakes, fluids, lights, hydraulics, etc.).
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and good operating condition of the dump truck.
• Ensure proper documentation of mileage, fuel, and maintenance logs.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic laws, road regulations, and load limit rules.
• Follow company safety protocols, hazard awareness, and PPE requirements.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions.
• Demonstrate defensive driving, safe reversing, and site awareness

Job Requirements

• Atleast 2 - 5 years experience operating dump trucks in construction, utilities, or earthworks projects.
• Valid driver license with the appropriate restriction code (e.g., Professional Driver License).
• Experience driving in construction sites, excavation areas, and restricted jobsite environments.
