Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation of employees, documents, materials, and other company-related items. Ensures proper vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic regulations, and professional service at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safe Driving: Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while following traffic laws and company policies.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Route Planning: Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival and delivery.
Vehicle Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Safety & Compliance: Report accidents, vehicle issues, and other concerns immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
Loading & Unloading: Assist in the proper loading, securing, and unloading of materials or items when required.
Administrative Support: Assist with errands, deliveries, pick-ups, and other transportation-related tasks as assigned.
