A truck helper loads, unloads, and secures cargo while assisting the driver with safe route navigation and customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely lift, carry, and arrange heavy products, boxes, or equipment using hand trucks or dollies.
- Order Verification: Check items against delivery receipts, invoices, or manifests to ensure accurate quantities before dispatch and drop-off.
- Route Assistance: Guide the driver during backing up, parking, and navigating tight spaces or job sites.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, obtain signatures upon delivery, and handle returned items or paperwork.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict lifting guidelines, wear protective gear, and report
