Job Description:

• Route Management: Follow specific routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely collection.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle, including refueling, checking oil levels, and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Customer Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of collections, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that occur during the shift.

Requirements:

. Know how to drive Motorcycle and 4 wheels car.

. With Driver's license.

. Familiar with the Manila area to navigate routes efficiently

· Proven experience in collection or a similar role is preferred.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Willingness to travel as needed.
