1. Government & Agency Transactions

• Process permits, clearances, and licenses (Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, Barangay Clearance, etc.).
• Coordinate with LGUs, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, DOLE, and other government offices.
• Ensure timely renewal of company permits and compliance documents.

2. Project & Administrative Support

• Secure gate passes, work permits, delivery permits, and access passes for project sites.
• Submit and follow up on project requirements with building administrators and clients.
• Assist in collecting quotations, invoices, receipts, and other procurement documents.
• Maintain organized records of all processed documents and daily field activities.

3. Transportation & Delivery

• Transport staff, workers, materials, and tools to and from project sites.
• Deliver documents, checks, supplies, and small equipment as instructed.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials when needed.

4. Vehicle Care & Safety

• Conduct daily vehicle inspection (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Report mechanical issues or needed repairs immediately.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety protocols, and company policies.

5. Other Operational Tasks

• Support Operations and Admin in field-related tasks requiring mobility.
• Perform errands and tasks assigned by management.
