Description
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation for various projects.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information.
- Review and edit documents for clarity and compliance.
- Assist in the development of training materials.
- Manage document control systems and archives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architect , Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in documentation and project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Primavera P6, project scheduling, work sequence analysis, and methodology statements.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and maintain project documentation, assist in planning and scheduling, and ensure compliance with project methodologies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
