Key Responsibilities:
- Control Incoming and Outgoing Documents needed for our client
- Validation Compilation, Printing, Scanning, Uploading/Downloading, and Monitoring of documents
- Submission of the customer documents to stakeholders
- Checking Documents and filling in the client's database
- Responsible for coordinating across clients' organizations and teams
- Responsible for the renewal of customers' accounts
- Manage the process of the entire documentation process of the client
- This role ensures that all technical documents, specifications, and records are properly controlled, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
