The Documentation Specialist of Data Lake, Inc. ensures accurate, organized, and timely documentation of all project activities, including installation records, QA reports, and deployment logs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain deployment forms, reports, and technical checklists.
- Consolidate field data from various teams for submission to DICT and DepEd.
- Support in photo and video documentation of installations.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
- Assist in creating summary reports and progress updates.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
