- Perform basic computer tasks such as encoding, data entry, and file management
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents (soft and hard copies)
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents
- Coordinate with other departments for clerical and office-related needs
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and email)
- At least 2 years of college level
- With good typing and data entry skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
