Responsibilities:
- Manage civil documents collection, submission, and case tracking
- Coordinate with applicants, US team, and immigration lawyers
- Ensure timely completion of other requirements
- Monitor applicant responsiveness and provide updates
- Maintain reports, trackers, and handle inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Immigration Processing experience is a plus
