Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain site records, including technical documents such as CRFI/AFR, DR, MRF, DIR, and transmittals
- Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and properly stored for easy access and retrieval
- Monitor document flow and coordinate with different teams for timely submissions
- Prepare and handle hard copy documents for signatures and approvals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management
