What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of dispatchers and drivers to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Create schedules, coach new team members, and help your team perform at their best.
- Monitor daily operations and key performance metrics to keep everything running smoothly.
- Resolve team concerns and support drivers and dispatchers in finding solutions.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Manage incident reporting and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare monthly operational reports, monitor fleet performance, and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency.
