• Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for various assignments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor routes and assist in resolving issues that may arise during transit.
• Utilize mapping software to optimize travel routes and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communicate updates to management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a any field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics. Six to twelve months experience in Radio / Telephone Operations. Scheduling is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications and mapping software.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Must be male, with a keen understanding of local roads and routes.
