Delivery Planning and Scheduling

• Prepare and organize daily delivery schedules
• Coordinate delivery routes and assignments to maximize efficiency
• Ensure all delivery documentations and checking are properly planned before dispatched.
• Prioritize urgent and time sensitive deliveries
• Monitor delivery progress via GPS tracking and reporting

Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate weed warehouse personnel to ensure materials are complete inspected and documented before dispatch
• Assign deliveries to drivers and deliberate teams based on vehicle capacity and delivery requirements
• Ensure delivery personnel receive complete instructions regarding destinations schedules and special handling requirements
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout the delivery process
• Respond promptly to delivery issues route changes delays and customer concerns
• Coordination with drivers and helpers with operations team especially when absences or relievers are necessary at the start of the day

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for irregular hours.
