- Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries effectively.
- Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure timely transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Resolve any issues that arise during transportation operations.
- Monitor vehicle locations using tracking systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work with various logistics software and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
