Warehouse Dispatcher Job Description

The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of items, and maintaining organized warehouse operations. The role includes preparing dispatch documents, monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, communicating with drivers and warehouse staff, and making sure all items are checked, labeled, and recorded properly. The Warehouse Dispatcher helps maintain inventory accuracy, resolves delivery concerns, and ensures that all dispatch activities follow company procedures and safety standards. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Qualifications

Applicants must be at least a high school or senior high school graduate and have a minimum of six months of experience in warehouse or logistics work. Candidates should be able to read and prepare dispatch documents, know basic inventory processes, and communicate clearly with drivers and warehouse personnel. The role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and physically fit to handle warehouse tasks. Visible tattoos are not allowed for this position.
