Description
- In charge of the logistics team when the logistics supervisor is not present
- Schedules and dispatches drivers, vehicles and helpers appropriate with the delivery operations
- Relaying information such as delivery schedules, planned schedules
- Monitoring of delivery teams
- In charge of dispatching of items based on total number of boxes
- Reports undelivered packing lists based on packing lists, released by invoicer
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in dispatching or a similar role. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
- Proficiency in planning and organizing shipments.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
