• Coordinate and dispatch staff efficiently for client services.
• Manage communication between candidates and clients.
• Utilize HRM software for scheduling and tracking assignments.
• Ensure timely and effective placement of personnel.
• Maintain records and comply with CITI HRM CORPORATION's policies.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced Human Resources & Recruitment industry.

 Must be college graduate (4-year course)

 not more than 30 years old.

 Computer literate.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Six to twelve months experience in Radio / Telephone Operations. Scheduling is an advantage but not a requirement

 Good analytical or problem-solving ability.

 Good interpersonal skills

 Can work under minimum supervision

 Has strong personality.

 Ability to make simple correspondence
