Develop and implement SEM strategies, including vendor coordination.
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns to enhance performance.
Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Create detailed creative briefs for SEM ad assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Plan and strategize social media ad campaigns per brand, defining target audiences and objectives.
Monitor social media ad performance, analyzing key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Track and assess the quality and conversion rates of leads from digital ads.

Has a Bachelor of Science or Arts in Marketing or a related field
Minimum proven experience of 1-3 years in a digital marketing role
Has excellent organizational skills to be able to stick to timelines and manage multiple projects
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager proficient
Strong analytics and Excel/Sheets skills
Comfortable managing paid budgets & metrics
Ability to create detailed creative briefs
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Knowledge of project management platforms like Trello for collaboration.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in English – spoken and written
