Description

Core Function

  • Generates and writes compelling narratives and stories that resonate with the target audiences and effectively communicate the company’s values, achievements, and unique selling propositions
  • Monitors all media coverage (tv, paper & radio) , social media platforms and sentiments related to the company’s brand and services.
  • Manages content calendar and ensures timely and accurate content creation and posting.


Duties and Responsibilities


I. Strategic

  • Produces high-quality, engaging, and on-brand digital content for various platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Develops and maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels such as BKPI online website, social media, press releases, and other communication channels


II. Project Execution

  • Develops monthly content calendar for assigned channels
  • Writes, edits, and optimizes website content, including social media pages, blog posts, and other digital platforms based on the approved content calendar.
  • Creates and curates digital content, including posts, captions, and visual assets, tailored to each platform's best practices and target audience.
  • Work closely with the Digital Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the organization's digital platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with Creative and IT teams to create visually appealing and engaging digital content.
  • Implements SEO best practices and monitor website traffic and engagement metrics.


III. Analytical

  • Monitors and analyzes digital content performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversions.
  • Provides data-driven insights and recommendations to refine and optimize the content strategy.
  • Utilizes target-audience insights from data analyses to create compelling content.


IV. Project Management

  • Works closely with the cross –functional teams including Digital Manager, CSR, PR, graphic designers , IT and Product Marketing to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication efforts
  • Ensures that all digital content adheres to the organization's content governance policies, including compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimizes content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and other SEO best practices. This helps improve BK CSR programs and activities online visibility and reach


V. Learning & Growth

  • Participates or attends in online courses, webinars, workshops or certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge on digital content and editing writing skills.
  • Pursues advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields, such as content strategy, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional initiatives or campaigns to gain exposure and insights to different aspects of branding and public relations.
  • Takes on challenging projects or assignments that stretch beyond the current scope of responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in marketing, digital media, Journalism
  • communication, or website/graphic design.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.)
  • Experience with corporate branding, public relations, or marketing communications is highly desirable
