Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facebook Group Management: Grow and manage Facebook communities, leveraging them as lead sources by maintaining an active, engaged audience.

2. Facebook Ads Management: Lead targeted ad campaigns to generate leads, optimizing performance for improved ROI.

3. Lead Funnel Optimization: Develop and manage lead funnels to streamline data flow and improve conversion rates.

4. Lead Qualification & Distribution: Qualify leads and distribute them to relevant teams for follow-up.

5. Bot Optimization: Design and enhance chatbots to improve lead capture and engagement.

6. Social Media Content Creation: Develop content that drives lead generation across social platforms, ensuring consistent delivery.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities, including tracking key performance metrics.

8. Market Research: Conduct research to refine audience targeting and identify new lead generation opportunities.

9. General Page Management: Oversee Facebook pages (Head Office, Visayas, Mindanao), ensuring compliance and reputation management.

10. Google Sheets Management: Maintain and protect Google Sheets databases to support lead generation activities.



- Content Writing: Expertise in crafting original, engaging content using tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly, with a focus on lead generation.

- Ads Management: Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and other platforms to maximize engagement and lead acquisition.

- Funnel Management: Proficiency in setting up and optimizing lead generation funnels using Google Forms and Sheets for efficient data capture and conversion.

- Data Analytics & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze metrics such as CTR, CPL, and ROI, and report on campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts.

- Create engaging multimedia content, oversee SEO/SEM strategies, and use analytics to drive content improvements.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation and strategy.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Publishing and Content Management Systems.
  • Excellent Written Communication skills for producing high-quality content.
  • Understanding of Data and Content Operations for managing efficient workflows.
  • Ability to handle Media Operations including various digital platforms.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills for interpreting content performance metrics.
  • Experience with Reports Preparation to communicate insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of setting up and managing Campaigns in digital advertising.
  • Expertise in monitoring Campaign Performance for optimization.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced digital media environment, may require occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.
